Is there a way using Deployment Manager for CRM 2011 to export user settings?

Hi Karen,
no - deployment manager is there to help you with the CRM deployment tasks. All the org-specific configuration is done directly in CRM. However, when it comes to the user settings, you can't do much about them in CRM either(you can change your own settings, but that's the extent of it)
The only tool I can think of(short of writing your own code) is XrmToolBox:

But I don't think you can export the settings there either..
