Thanks for the question. At the moment, the two offer distinct set of capabilities and we wanted to offer extra flexibility to our Real-time marketing customers who can decide which library suits their organisations' needs better. The long-term plan is to have one digital asset management library for Trials and Paid versions in Outbound and Real-time marketing.

    Hi Tereza,

Is there a plan to consolidate asset libraries and have one rather than two across the outbound and realtime marketing areas?

    Thanks,

    KH

Thank you for your question. In Trials, we currently don't support file types other than image based files. The support for this functionality should be released in the next Wave 1 2023. In the meantime, if you want to use PDF for example in a marketing email, you can add a link to pdf behind a button.

    Thanks,

    PM, Microsoft

    Hi Rishi_Raj,

    It is by-design.

For default asset library, It only allows you to upload image files.

If you install the real-time marketing asset library add-on, you can upload PDF file:

However, the documentation mentioned that the asset library add-on is not available for trials or for customers in India, Brazil, United Arab Emirates, France, and Switzerland.
