Hallo all, although CRM fulfill almost of all our activities well, we have a big issue in search, mainly when we are using a search window on top of the main screen ( search tool like a magnifying glass ). Here should be, I guess, searched all main entities like leads, customers, opportunities etc., but in practice, this tools does not searching in closed opportunities, closed leads etc. How can I set up this tool to make a search through all leads, contacts, opportunities name and customers, mot matter of their status ? I will dramatically improve our efficiency, because when our team want to search in CRM if we was in contact with selected person or company in the past, we have to search not so easy and we are doing here a lot of mistakes.
