RMS Log file debug switches

Hi..

I'm trying to debug a problem where the other tender -  (with EDC turned on) does not generate the  xml transaction file.

Does anyone know how to turn on the RMS logging switches, so we can see the internal exception code and what process the creation of the file failed?

I think it is a file permission problem, but hard to say without an XML file being generated.

    RMS does not create an XML file for EDC as far as I know.

    They only debugging log I know of is for HQ Client.

    For most debugging within RMS, you will likely need to use an SQL Trace.  This is done through SQL and only if you have one of the full versions.  Otherwise, unfortunately there is not a built in way within RMS to create a debug log file.

    Jeff is right that RMS does not create an XML file for EDCs.
