I had a user having this pop-up randomly whenever click on print function in NAV to print report. After i had click on the install driver, few days later or few weeks later, it will pop-up again and ask the user to install the printer driver.
May i know what had cause the pop-up?? as only this user is having this issue while the others has no issue at all
