Error "Insufficient inventory transactions with status picked" while trying to receive a Return Order

Dear

we have a return Purchase Order when trying to run Product Receipt and eventually invoice but we got the following error while doing the receipt

Insufficient inventory transactions with status picked

now if you look closer in the PO you will see that , Receipt list has actually recorded a receipt journal but the status of the PO is still "Open Order"

is something stuck somewhere?

appreciate your help

You need to pick the line according to your configuration, so go to the line of the return order and choose update line and the "pick" option and update the items you are going to return

the pick didn't do the trick, is this issue related to "marking"?

So what is the status of the line if it is not picked? Did it error at the pick process?
