Has anyone been through the process to claim an on premise key for Dynamics 365 CE under the dual use rights? I purchased directly through Dynamics.com without a partner. It took days and multiple emails and phone calls to get setup in CustomerSource. I have emailed mbscors@microsoft.com with a request and they responded "...the Operations team does not work with Cloud". I have followed up with an email to mbscsa@microsoft.com and have not received a response. Any tips on how to navigate the labyrinth that is the Microsoft Bureaucracy?
