Cannot access Retail Parameters

Hello everyone,

I am getting the error:

You are not authorized to access table ‘Retail Headquarters parameters’ (RetailParameters). Contact your system administrator.

When I try to go to Retail -> Setup -> Parameter -> Retail Parameters:

1376.Capture01.JPG

I get this error:

0728.Capture02.JPG

I currently have:

- Retail Headquarters install

- Retail License Functionality enabled

- Access to the database

- I synced and resynced the database

What can I do to fix this error so I can continue with the setup?

    Hi Ryan,

What is your security role in AX2012? Do you have the system administrator role? Or probably one or multiple other roles?

I assume this is a demo environment with a valid demo license?

    Hello Andre,

I am using the Admin account Administrator and ther permissions are:

    Capture03.JPG

And license screen looks like this with everything checked, especially retail headquarters, yes it is a demo license:

Thank you for your reply.  Let me know if you know what the issue is.

    Check Licence CONFIGURATION as well.

You get that error when the either the License information's feature, or the entry in the License configuration is deactivated. Since you have confirmed the first one, Ruben's suggestion is the correct answer.

Once you have enabled the configurations which you require, AX will start a Data Dictionary synchronization to create the tables/views for your Retail functionality.
