pdf export not working in SL 7.0

I have issues not being able to export pdf files from any crystal reports. We've looked at another post below but that didn't solve the problem.

Looks like it just happened after early 12/2015 windows update. Anyone has ideas which update or how to resolve this issue?

    We're having the same issue. All other exports work, just not PDF.

    Check to make sure your default programs are correct, atleast for PDF Adobe DLC has been over ruling Adobe Acrobat which are not the same and problems occur with reports. The updates change the default programs and pathways setup on the computer which affects printing from Dynamics.
