Issue in adding KPI in EP

Hi All,

I am facing strange issue in Enterprise portal. 

When I try to click "KPI" in my dashboard then the below dialog box open and stay in loading state (check screenshot).

Anybody know what is the issue here? 

I have waited around 15+ minutes but screen just keep loading.

    Check the datasource query where the values are coming fro different tables/ master tables. It's seems like something is running in background to fetch data.

    Not sure but check the queries.
