cannot install solomon 6.0 on windows server 2003

hi,

I have problem to install solomon 6.0 on windows server 2003.

I got this kind of message: "The application failed to initialize properly (0x80000003). Click on OK to terminate the application"

Anybody can help me to resolve this???
