A customer of mine came across the following:
All the records of the AccesRightstable were deleted, also all records in the table domaininfo were deleted.
After an investigation the following came up, a user with very limited rights was logged when the records were removed. However, this user does not have permission to delete records in these tables.
Is there is someone who has encountered a similar problem ?

I have never seen an issue like this before. You used the tags development/customization/SDK and Install and Upgrade. Can you indicate what customizations or upgrade are related to this story?
The data could have been deleted from the database itself, but who knows what happened. I don't think the person you found could deleted these records.
Possibly, the best way to get the details back is get them from the backup.
