Replace Contacts??

ok I understand that we have a total of 2000 marketing contacts for our quota limit

so far we have used about half of them.

But I am hoping to be able to send an email to 2000 different contacts.

So I need to understand how to replace a contact, or how it is counted as a contact.

We would like to select a different set of contacts each month but stay within out limits.

Is this possible?

Sounds reasonable to me.

    Good afternoon,

    I've had a few conversations with Microsoft on this.  Here is my understanding: Your quota is per year, not per month.  Any contact that you work with in Marketing is counted, you cannot pick and choose or reset.  There is not a "hard stop" if you go over your contacts, but you do need to purchase additional packs - especially if you plan on going over that much.

    That is so weird.  

    Most of these contacts have moved on so that means now I am down to 1000 contacts.

    Wow!! not a very useful tool.

    Marketing contacts quota is per year. Marketing emails quota is per month.
