Port salessalesorderservice Not found exception message in AIF Exception

Hello,

Ago One week , we have created a Inbound Port of salessalesorderservice ,user created sucessfully salesorder through xml in postman App.

but from one week user is facing the issue from postman

Request Failed. See the Exception Log for details.

When i go to Exception log in AX , there is Port salessalesorderservice Not found error is showing.

Note :- Port is Deployed successfully many times , & shown Activated in Inbound Ports form.

Any Idea Guys , Any help will be appreciated,

Hi Praveen,

If redeploying the port didn't resolve the issue, please create a new incident with Microsoft.

For security reasons, its exit may be blocked or it may be stuck on the firewall. Is it possible to try it from within the domain? Are you getting the same result?
