Hi,

I've been assigned a Dynamics 365 Sales Professional license. I've also been assigned appropriate roles to the environment.

When I log into office 365, Dynamics is not appearing in my apps list. Another user who set it up can access it when logging in as it appears in his list. The only major difference is he has a Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise license.

Any suggestions?

This may not be related to the license, the sales professional license already includes Microsoft 365:
