this is happeneing ever since we switched from hypercom payments rms plugin to the prefered edc proccesor function built into rms, this is only happening in two of our locations, both locations have two pos systems where the store database is shared on one machine, have tried adjusting the named pipes and tcp/ip settings as well as creating aliases and references in the host file, the machines have no other problems communicating

I have the same question (0)I'm guessing it was a coincidence. The ntdll.dll issue is usually a memory or power issue.
