I have recently configured CRM emails through an email router for our company's CRM online spring '14 version and emails from users to clients have been being automatically added to activities and associated with contact which is helpful, but CRM itself seems unable to send out emails. For example, an activated workflow; one involves sending out an email to a user once a field is changed, and the status stays at "sending" - also an alert comes up that says "this has not yet been submitted to send..". All emails are enabled and the router clearly works from the other emails that have come through CRM- I'm just looking for a way to make emails send directly out of CRM. Thanks!
