Dear Guys, 

                       I have a client who has their Product Key , however i need a number to call to activate RMS . Does anyone know of a working line within the US ?  preferably. one with an agent not automated

I am not the original service provider , i am providing IT support for this business. Trying to make a buck in 2019 , would really appreciate some help.

    Hi!  I've been using the 888-477-7877 number (MS Dynamics Tech Support).  Still works after all these years!

    If you go through the process of trying to open the RMS POS product after installation, it will pop up with the product key screen, and the phone number will be on the screen to call for verification.

    Been told that they dont do activations there.  Should i have gone through to partner support rather than customer support?
