Hello,
We added 2 new users to SL. One of them is an Administrator. They both are getting a SQL Server Message 501 Could not find stored procedure 'CompanySearch'
How can I troubleshoot the issue.
Thanks!

Hello, before I ran the sync, I deleted the user from SL and then checked SQL security and deleted the user from there and re-added. I can try deleting the user again and adding again. I did not set up a completely new domain account so we can try that. Thanks!
Had this recently for one user at a client site. Could not figure out the problem with the domain acct rights. Had to completely remove the user from SL and all traces of security in SQL at the databases and logins levels, and re-create the User in SL. Let the SL User setup process build the SQL rights, do not try to add to SQL manually. In this case, we also went as far as setting up a completely new domain acct to resolve.
Hello, I ran the synch process and no luck. We are on SL2011 FP1
That stored procedure exists in your system database. I suspect that you are using Windows security for SL authentication and these new users have not been granted permission to that stored procedure (as well as others). Try launching the Dynamics SL utility database administration found under the control panel / administrative tools, sign into the instance of your SQL database, switch to the update database tab and run the synchronize all database ownership & security step.
