Cannot log to a specific instance with Chrome

Hello Guys,

Since yesterday, I am not able anymore to log a specific instance within a tenant using Chrome navigator (private navigation or not).

It happened brutally. It works with other navigator. Somme colleagues had experienced the same issue but it disappeared. One colleague has the same problem as me but his account can be used on another PC. With my account I tried several PC's but with no success.

This issue remind me something but I cannot recall ...

The error is very not very specific : ERROR : one error has occured. Retry. If issue persists, report to community or contact the administrator of the organisation ....

    Which version of Chrome are you using?

    When you go to Dynamics Online and press F12 to open Chrome debugger, then switch to console tab and press F5 to reload the page, do you receive red error lines? Could you post them here?

    Hi Andreas,

    I use Version 65.0.3325.181 (Build officiel) (64 bits).

    When I follow the procedure, I don't see much, only this in the console :

    I had the same error today and put the solution on my blog:

    code2life.blogspot.de/.../the-signature-is-not-valid-data-may.html

    if you get it again you simply need to clear your browser cache.
