Hello All,

I'm facing an issue in dynamics 365 on-premise with UCI interface.

as you find in the screenshot below you will find that lookup from related entity not clickable and shown as text not URL, but in the classic view it is a clickable and moves to the form.

I tried the same in online version it is working fine.

    Hello Ben,

I'm using the readonly grid and the issue is in lookups from related grid not in the lookups in the current entity.

In the ribbon at the top, click "Show As" and then click "Read only grid." That seems to have fixed it on my end. In "Editable grid" looks up take 2 clicks to get to - first to click into the cell and then click again on the arrow to go to that record.

I'm using the latest version of on premise 9.0.18.12.

but the issue happen with the lookups from related entity, for example lookup of manager of the owner of the case.

it appears as a text not hyperlink.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

May i know what's version of on-premise environment you are using ?

Is the Look up field customized by yourself ?

I just tested in my local environment (v9.x on-premise), i found the look up entity show as clickable in View list
