There is nothing to post in Transfer Order

Hello everyone,

I'm getting the following error when we try to ship a transfer order

And we already put the quantity, which is a bit strange because we follow the same process in another tenant of our company and don't return this error.

Also, we checked the customizations, and the error still if we uninstall them.

If anyone can help us I'll appreciate it, thanks in advance.

Uninstall the extension, delete this Transfer Order, and then confirm whether there is still a problem after recreating it?

This may be due to data issues caused by customization.

For example, there are some quantity related fields that are not displayed on the page, maybe they have no value.

not sure what is the setup of the From location, but from the screenshot the Qty to ship is all empty. It could be the issue

Hi, thanks for your answer.

I uninstalled the extension and the problem still continue. A few days ago we only needed to put the quantity in the system automatically fill the qty to ship and then shipped the qty when we clicked posting.

Hi, It may be that the location you selected a few days ago is different from the one you select now.

As appliwin mentioned, the behavior here varies depending on how the repository is set up.

A simple example, if Require Shipment is not selected in the location settings, Qty to ship will be filled in automatically.

If this is selected, Qty to ship will be empty. Because you need to create Warehouse Shipments to handle shipments.

Thanks for your answer, I'll check and the Require Shipment is not selected but still has the same issue.

Do you know if is there any other check in the system that we can do?

It seems to be related to the available inventory to do the transfers according to some tests that we did. If the inventory level is less than the quantity to ship we get this error.
