    Hello Syed Hanifa,

I resolved the first error " undefined is not an object" as it is coming from JavaScript.

but still I am getting this error after activating quote "the object cannot be updated because it is readonly" and I have done all the steps one by one but still error is coming.

    Please help!

    Hello James,

    thank you for your time,

Yes I have some custom JavaScript which is called on load of form and yes I do have some business rule to update one field called price list which is hidden for mobile.

As per your suggestion I'll check all this steps and let you know.

Thank you so much for the heads up

Check do you have any field that is in read only or display none on the form and any BR or js is trying to update it. If so Simply it make it visible and remove read only on the form

do you have any custom JavaScript or Business Rules that are trying to update the record?  If so I would deactivate any and turn them back on one at a time till the problem one is found.
