    Hi Goutham,

You mean that a sales order was already fully invoiced before somebody made some modifications and the status changed to open order. Is that right?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

I can cancel this order but i don't want to cancel miss the number sequence of the sales order.

Is it possible we can convert the  open/ confirmed status Sale order we can close it 0 amount and it should not effect the inventory.

    Hi Ludwig,

If me delete this order the number seq. will be missing correct, actually costumer  does not want to delete this order and he want to settle this order. Without effecting in inventory.

    Hi Goutham Mahesh,

Please test to delete an order in a demo environment.

Once that is done, the number that you deleted becomes available again for future orders.

If you navigate to your number sequence and check the history tab, you should find the order number that was deleted.

If you then clean the history tab with alt+F9, the number is immediately freed and can be used for the next created order.

    Can you test that?

I think that is the fastest and easiest solution in your case.

    Best regards,

    Ludwig
