Hi,

I have a common problem statement in which I want to track my contactus and info emails as leads in CRM. For example I have shared info@mydomain.com on my website. So whenever I get email on this id I want this to be created in CRM as lead.

I have exchange 2013 and CRM 2013. Please advice.

Naeem,

I would create a mail activated queue for your info@mydomain.com address and then build a workflow that is triggered on creation of an queue item in that particular queue. With this workflow you can create a new lead and set the regarding of the mail to this new lead.

Hi..

Here are some more information on auto creating lead for incoming emails.. but this is with outlook integration
