Hello,

We are planning to move away from MS Exchange and utilize Google Mail. We are using CRM 4.0 Outlook Client.

Is using Google Mail with CRM 4.0 Outlook client supported?

If so, are there any know issues?

    Hi Darrell,

    You are switching from exchange to google mail :-(

    Yes - the outlook crm client should work just fine with google mail with no issues.  We have a couple clients like this and works good.

    Yes - definately apply the latest update rollup.

    Alex,

    Do you have any good reasons as to why we should stay on Exchange instead of moving to Gmail? We're trying to figure out the pros and cons, but can't find a good resource to explain this.
