Importing SOP Transactions with Multiple payments

I am trying to import SOP transactions which contain multiple payment lines in IM but I keep getting the error

Payments total distribution amount is not equal to the amount received.

I can only get the integration to work if I pull the total payment amount as an individual payment rather than having multiple payments. Help !

Hi,

As a general rule, you need a separate source for each of the yellow folders in the mapping area. The Amount Received on the first mapping page should be the sum of all payments entered in the payments folder. Typically I see that too few sources are used when importing SOP transactions.

I am using separate sources for each tab in the destination mapping. The Amount Received is pulling from the header and the payments info is pulling from a different source. It works fine if I am only integrating one payment.
