We want to enable change based alerts in specific form, just like when an item is created we want to get a notification that an item is created in legal entity.
In the email body we are able to get specific item details and is getting dynamically updated however, in the subject line our client wants to have an item number displayed so that he need not go to email n check really to take necessary actions.
Could you please suggest if this is possible by any means. I tried with &Itemnumber.
