How do I reinstate items from the navigation pane after they have been hidden, I do not see them to reinstate.

Right click on any menu and select the show and it will show you all the menus which you have hidden, select them and click OK.

I am trying to bring back the actual spend that I hid. But I cannot figure out where to go to unhide it. It is not navigation pane but not sure what it is called.
