error connection in HQ client

hi , 

i have configure to HQ client and it was successful,but when i press connect it comes this massage:

    it was the Number of port changes between HQ server and HQ client ,

    i make it same number then it is working.

    Hi epead,

    When You say "successful" you mean You have test the configuration, you have test the connection to the server by using "Test Network Connection" button on the second tab "HQ Server" from the configuration?

    From your error message, it looks like your HQ Client is not reaching the HQ Server at all, it is automatically rejected. Can You do this next: connect remotly to the machine where RMS HQ Server is running and try to test the RMS HQ Client then, while seeing the HQ Server screen. Does HQ Server form show info that some store have been connected? If not, it means your HQ Client is not reaching that machine / PC. So, see if you can change the HQ Client configuration substituing the HQ Server name by alias name, IP address or similar. Turn down temporally the firewall on the HQ Server machine and try it again. If this is happening only with one store and rest of the stores work correctly, then something is wrong on the PC where HQ Client is installed. Try making ping from the command prompt, from the HQ Client PC to the HQ Server PC....and share the results with the forum, please.
