How to include attachments in Flow Email step

Hi All,

I am using Microsoft flow to send a email when a case is updated.

How can I include/add attachments in the email. Can someone please share some flow screenshots for this task

Hi Babu,

In the "Send an email (V2)", click "Show advanced options",

Then you can add the attachment.

Hi Hao,

Thanks for your reply. I have done that now it looks better.

I have other 2 questions

1. How to include all the attachments dynamically from Notes section of the case record

2. What needs to be populated to Attachment content

Hi Babu,

Please refer to https://flow.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/multiple-attachments-single-email/

Please note all single and double quotes.

Click the button to the right of Attachments to switch to the array.

Hi Hao,

I followed all your steps but getting following error. Can you please help me

Also, I could not see the "AttachmentArray" from the dynamic list to add it in the attachement attribute of "Send an email"

If I add the "Send an email" step inside "Apply to each" step, multiple emails are triggered (one for each attachment) and we get the below error when we open the word document

Please help me

Which email sending step are you using? Send mail or outlook?

Where is your file you are attaching stored?

I recommend saving the file you wish to attach in onedrive then you can do something like this powerusers.microsoft.com/.../116353

Hi Babu,

The reason why you see no AttachmentArray in the attachment of Email is that "send an email" should not be in "Apply to each".

We add the step outside "Apply to each".
