How to include attachments in Flow Email step

Hi All,

 

I am using Microsoft flow to send a email when a case is updated. 

How can I include/add attachments in the email. Can someone please share some flow screenshots for this task

    Thanks for the solution. I tried these steps. and the flow is working perfectly.  but the document which I attaching from notes, I want to convert it into pdf and then send . How can I achieve this in this flow?

    Hi Hao,

    There is small button to change the view, then I could able to see "attachmentArray" option. See the screen shot below

    If you refer to this screenshot, then it really is not as I introduced.

    Please set it as follow.

    If I set it to File Name and Current item, then I will see the error you see.

    Can you provide a screenshot of "Send an Email"?

    It should be like this.

    If I use File Name and Current item, then I can reproduce the error you encountered.

    Getting following error , 

    If I add the "Send an Email" step outside "Apply to each", the flow could not be saved due to the below error message.

    Hi Babu,

    The reason why you see no AttachmentArray in the attachment of Email is that "send an email" should not be in "Apply to each".

     We add the step outside "Apply to each".

    Which email sending step are you using? Send mail or outlook?

    Where is your file you are attaching stored?

    I recommend saving the file you wish to attach in onedrive then you can do something like this powerusers.microsoft.com/.../116353
