Need NAV Document and ER diagram.

I need detailed tables description document (column name, data type, description etc.) and ER diagram for NAV for version 9,10, 11 and 12. Can someone please help?

C/SIDE is not enough for the first requirement? For the second, as far as I know there are no ER diagrams provided by MS.
