    Hello Ruchika,

You can refer below links for integration between D365 CRM and DevOps.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Ruchika,

You can create a simple power automate flow to create cases whenever DevOps item is created.

A similar flow can be created if a case is getting created in CDS then create DevOps item.

Thank you Sanjana. I looked at these two tools earlier but I was looking for an easier way or without purchasing a third-party tool. I believe these two and Power Automate Flows are the only options right now.

Hi Prateek, I have a question about Microsoft Flow. I believe it is free/included with Dynamics and Office 365 at no additional cost when used within the respective contexts. But if we would want to connect CRM and DevOps, do we need to pay for the service?

    Hi Ruchika,

    You are right.

Consuming standalone Power Automate flows unrelated to the Power Apps application(s) will require purchase of a standalone Power Automate license.
