We've just been through the Yammer configuration process in Dynamics 2013 online and everything seems to be set up, but we're not getting the full experience or features. We can see a Yammer feed within the standard "Microsoft Dynamics CRM Social Overview" dashboard, but within all records, we only see "The feed you've requested does not exist" instead of the Yammer feed. Actually the Yammer feed with the "What are you working on?" box appears momentarily but then disappears to be replaced by the "feed... does not exist" message.
The automatic posting of activities (eg Opp won) doesn't work either, although it's definitely activated.
I've been back to the configuration and tested when posting to a specified group or not, and both public and private. These are the only options there. I've also been to the post configuration section and deactivated and reactivated certain entities. But all to no avail.
I've also checked the set up in our Sandbox, which is already updated to 2015, but it's exactly the same there.
I've checked that we have Yammer Enterprise and I have a licence for that as Network Admin. I'm also Global Admin for Dynamics.
Is there a step that we've missed somewhere - or is there a way to kick-start the feeds for each entity? As I said, the connection appears to work in the social dashboard, where I can see and post general messages, just not where we really need it!
