I need some guidance on how I can handle this manufacturing data in BC.
I got a list of production orders with an item (in this case Item = PRD 1)
1. each order has a list of operations for this item, but for each order the routing(operation steps) change, as you can see for some pro orders there are 3, some 4 or 1.
2. But an Item master can be assigned with a single routing code containing constant steps. How an item with changing operation steps can be handled in BC??
3. Also resource was assigned to the production order line, with a different resource for each operation step. The Operation steps and resource combination also change. How I can capture resources in production order for each operation step/routing???
