When I try to open AX client, the error happens like above picture.I already set default language for the user and have label file.
Please give me any idea to solve this critical error.

Please tell us more about your situation. Is this a new installation? Or did it work before (with the same language) and the problem occurred only recently? If so, what has changed?
I haven't done any change. The problem just occurred randomly. Whenever the problem happens, I just exported the label file, which the error window displays(ZH-HANS). Then, It was solved but after a few days, the same problem happens again.
I just found that KTI file in user's AppData folder is generated with wrong name which has lower version of kernel when the connection error happens.
(Whereas Its name has the same version of the AX client's kernel version when user can connect ordinarily)
I realized that there is difference on kernel version in AOS server and in RTS server. I think someone did upgrade the kernel version in RTS server only.
I have no idea how and where KTI comes from, but I'm just guessing the error stems from mismatch on the kernel version.
Therefore, I'm planning to upgrade kernel version of AOS and RTS server with the latest one.
I'll update after upgrading whether the same error occurs or not.
Please give me any idea for the KTI file operating.
