Dll not include in visual studio 2010 crm sdk 2013

using Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk;
using Microsoft.Xrm.Portal;

I want to add these reference in my visual studio project 

i have add dll assembly reference in bin folder already but sill error shown assembly refernece missing...

    Check the installed .Net Framework version. There could be a mismatch between the dlls from the sdk and the framework.
