We need to time sheet for HR module in talent. Is there any plan for developing a time sheet. If yes is there any timeline for that.

Check this video. The Timesheet is fully integrated within Talent and also Projects, Field Services and Manufacturing.
The Project Services Automation app has Time Entry functionality, but I am not sure if it integrates with Talent.
Can we achieve this through any intergrations?
The plan of developing time sheet is under discussion . For timeline i would suggest to follow Dynamics 365 for Talent roadmap.
You cannot achieve this through customization. Talent can't be customized like Finance and Operations can be. There is not a way to add a new entity and form within Talent.
