Getting issue when trying to create View

Hi All,
 
Please help me to resolve the issue.
In Power apps production and staging environment, I have roles assigned: System Administrator and System Customizer, Data Manager
 
But When I am trying to create View, I am getting the below error:
 
I am using a model driven app. Please let me know if you need any additional information to help me further

    The verified solution is to Publish all customizations.
    You can try this solution to see if it solves the problem.
