Hi There,
I have installed GP 2018 with the latest service pack. We have installed the web client and it is working. But the Web Management Console is not. We are getting just a blank page when we navigate to it. There are no error messages anywhere in event viewer or the session logs.
Has anyone experienced this and can you suggest how to resolve?
Also, what are the tables to remove user sessions from SQL until we can do this from the front end using the Web Management Console?
Thanks

We tried all of your suggestions including uninstalling, deleting the GPCONFIGURATION database and reinstalling and it's the same issue. We are using Windows Server 2016 Datacenter with IE 11 version 11.2007.14393.0. We can log into the web client with no issues.
We have never used this before so we are not certain, but when you launch up the Web Managment Console, is there not supposed to be a login popup to ask for your credentials? Nothing pops up. We immediately get the blank page when we navigate to the URL. Popup blocker is turned off and scripts have been enabled.
Any further suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks
I am currently running GP 2018 with Web Management Console fully working. Can you try and clear your browser cache to see if this helps? Otherwise, I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the web client. You will want to drop the GP Configuration database if you go the uninstall and reinstall route.
If you don't want to do that, then, with everyone logged out of the web client, run the following SQL statement:
USE GPCONFIGURATION -- this database may be different if you changed the name GO TRUNCATE TABLE SessionStatus; GO
