You could try to use my app to do it, though I cannot guarantee it will work for knowledge base articles in CRM 2011
Download the installer here https://github.com/josephmcmac/XRM-Developer-Tool/releases/
The app has a menu group "Deployment" with an option "Migrate Records" which can be used to migrate records from one CRM instance into another. You would have to create a connection for each instance, then run the the Migrate Record process for knowledge base articles
As I state I am not sure it will work for these types in CRM 2011 but may be worth trying if you don't have other options

I could export the knowledge article record easily and import to other org - did you try that option?
