GDPR Question with 2 Business Units

Our system has two business units, one is US based and the other is UK based. Since the UK business needs to comply with GDPR but the US does not would we need to deploy double opt-in for both business units or can we implement double opt-in with just the UK business unit? Any help appreciated

Hi Partner,

Global level double opt-in takes effect at organization scope.

In your scenario, people of US and UK business units could create their own marketing form, and only enabling form level DOI to marketing forms owned by UK BU people.
