Cant book Collection letters - SEPA Issue

Hi there.. 

I can't post /Collection Letters/.
I've checked the settings on all levels related to SEPA.
I only have this issue in one environment. See screenshot set.ups. - Did I missed something

    According to the message, please ensure the validity of the SEPA mandate. you can set up direct debit mandate and add direct debit mandate information for customer accounts by following the task settings mentioned in this document. Create payments for customers who have direct debit mandates | Microsoft Learn
    In addition, what will happen if the direct debit button is selected?

    The error message is talking about a missing mandate on order 0001981. You can check on the sales order header (header view) if the Direct debit mandate ID field is filled. You can find this field on the fast tab Price and discount.

    Problem solved, somehow. 
    I did the whole SEPA Set-Up fromscratch.
