Unable to print barcode labels after Windows 10 upgrade

After upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10, the Zebra LP-2824 will not print barcodes. This has happened at several stores. Are there new Zebra or Generic / Text only drivers to address this?

    That printer model per this webpage is end of life:                                                        https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/desktop/lp-2824.html, although it looks like they would still repair mechanical defects. I did locate this for you, hope it helps.

    Hello Tom,

    As Butch noted, this model is at its end of life, and likely may not be supported/compatible with Windows 10.

    I would recommend contacting Zebra for this issue, as there may be an update driver that will work with the device, or you may need to upgrade the device.
