Good afternoon D365 community,

We have had some issues reported of users attempting to set personal default views with the /Set current view as my default view/ function available but then at times is randomly resetting to the system default view for the entity. We are having trouble reproducing this issue at will as this is happening randomly, does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this issue, or has anyone else had the same issue before?

Hi,

We tried to replicate it at our end as explained below.

We created one personal view and then we made that personal view as default view.

Now, whenever we are coming to the Account entity main grid, then the default view is my personal view we created.
There might be some cache issue at your end that’s why you might be facing this issue. Could you please try again at your end.
