Greetings All,
I have a customer who is in the moving business and needs to move to multiple locations / addresses. I created a new entity "Work Order Address" as part of the solution with required fields, forms and views. I added the entity as a sub-grid to the form. This is very similar to that of the default "Work Order Service" entity. Unfortunately, I do not see the ability "New Work Order Address" just the way where the button shows up for "Work Order Service" as shown below ...
What I see currently in the Sub-Grid is only the following ...
Wondering if someone can guide me with the "new" button.

Hi ashishshahs
Please create a 1:N relationship between work order and Work order address.
If relationship is already created, please confirm if the "Add New" button is available after clicking on the ellipses (3 dots).
If still not visible, please open this entity via ribbon workbench and check if the button is visible through ribbon workbench. This should give you the insights.
Sir,
I have the 1:N relationship created already ...
Also, the "Add New" does not appear in ellipses ...
I am not too familiar with "ribbon workbench". I did google it and came across a few videos where I would have to download it. I am using Dymanics 365 and not sure if I can install it. Any other thoughts?
Did you click on ellipses the three dots next to Excel templates? if the button exists then change the display order of the same using Ribbon Workbench.
I checked the ellipses (...) as suggested and it does not show up in the list.
Even the ellipses after "export Work Order Address ..." does not show the Add New button.
I installed "Ribbon Workbench" for my solution. I and here is what I see
Any guidance on how to use this solution (perhaps a link to a demo or training website) is appreciated.
Greetings,
I followed the videos posted on Youtube around "Ribbon Workbench" and followed the steps.

It is quite frustrating ... I have not been able to get the button to show up.
Any / All guidance is appreciated.
So after a lot of R&D, I believe I have narrowed the button to the following. I just CAN'T figure out how to get it to show up in the Sub-Grid.
Any guidance?
Currently you can see in the screenshot the "New" button is in sequence 8.
Drag and drop the button to the beginning (so it will be first in sequence)
Save and Publish the ribbon
Save and publish the solution
Clear Cache in browsers
Test
I did the very same thing ...
The "New" button will not show up. I had hoped this to be a quick implementation, but I guess I was wrong.
I am considering deleting the custom entity and create a brand new one.
When you drag and drop is the sequence number updated?
Can you check if there are any hide and show command on the button
Have you created new entity ? Is the issue resolved?
