Hi Expert,

I have an issue, i need to rest a work order to created state, but it come up to estimated state only instead of created state, and give me the above cited error, i already checked there is no any out put order .

please suggest me how to resolve.

Can you provide more details about the work order you refer to?

Is this a production order or something else?

What do you mean exactly by saying that you need to 'rest' this order?

Would be great if you could elaborate.
