Using Marketing Social Posts, I could able to create Posts, but the comments and users likes info are not getting appeared in the D365 marketing.
Can we able to view the user comments and respond to the comments for the Post in the D365 Marketing. if not is it planned in the roadmap?
B2B Marketing on Social Media, As of 2019, there are 3.499 billion people who are social media users globally¹. The average global user spends 2 hours and 16 minutes on social media each day. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest have been touted as must-haves for all businesses. 90degreesasia.com/.../
Social networks are very cool platforms for communication and information exchange, especially for people who are far from each other. But in the past few years, social media has become a source of fake news, which I read about on this site. It seems to me that it is very important to filter the sources of information, the accounts to which we subscribe, so as not to become a victim of false information.

Hi Niels,
I tested with Twitter, and Insights tab also showed same message as yours.
For LinkedIn, Insights are supported to posts on a company page.
In addition, here is Insights screenshot of Facebook.
Therefore, in conclusion, Facebook and LinkedIn company page are supported with Insights.
You could share links to your ideas and I will vote on them. :)

Hey Clofy,
I was wondering if you perhaps have a screenshot of the insights? I tried it with a twitter account (release wave 2) and it says that insights are not supported for Twitter. Do you know what specific insights are supported for Linkedin/Facebook? The documentation has no example and I'm not able to test it myself currently. This might perhaps make our PowerBI dashboarding easier, because we don't have to seperately connect to these social accounts.
I know this is now not the case, but it would be nice if in the future Linkedin Social Posting can be integrated with contact data. (So that we can also see on the timeline if a contact has interacted with one of our Linkedin posts and score on this). Also Instagram is still missing. I think there are now mulitple idea topics already for these things, but still. ;)
Hi Krishna,
Thanks for your feedback!
Actually the feature that we can view social post analytics(post interactions) is just implemented in 2020 wave 2 release, if you have any further feature request such as viewing comments from users, please go to Social Posts category of Dynamics Ideas forum to submit your idea:
