Xbitz AutoNumber - Plugin Error

Hi, 

I have the following issue with Xbitz.Autonumber in CRM 2013 On-Premise:

When I try to create new counter for an entity, I get this error. ¿Any idea, please? 

I installed/uninstalled this managed solution many times and it doesn't work.

    Probably you can reach out to the managed solution provider if they have support team.

    Meantime you can download the log file by clicking the first button, translate to English & add in this thread to see if we can help you.

    Mostly the configuration entity record has to be created for auto-number format, seeding number, padding digits, characters, etc. Make sure you did such steps.

    Where did you download this solution, I cant even find it via google. Since this is a managed solution, we cant help , please talk to the owner instead.

    Beides that, you might need to consider to use another reliable solution, there are plenty of free and reliable solution over the market.
