Outlook plugin issue

Hello people,

We have this weird problem in our CRM which is on premise 2016. Everything is working! The only problem is, only 2 pages will no load and it says:

"waiting for a page to be retrieved from a crm server outlook 2016"

The problem only exists in Outlook! When we login via Web, we don't have the issue nor any other issue. All good in web.

So for example, when we open Outlook, then go to CRM folders, it opens all administration, security, Articles but CONTACTS and INCIDENTS will not show up!!!

I believe CRM server is working and pushing the data, but Outlook is acting up here..

Have you checked the setting mentioned in this post from MS. We have had similar issues with our solution.

Hi,

Check if you have any javascript which is failing only on outlook for Contact & incident entity? Try disabling all script and see if this works.
